Porter is seeking a result-driven and entrepreneurial minded Account Manager who can use your quick wit, enthusiasm, and love for food to create value and excitement among our restaurant partners. The Account Manager plays a critical role in managing a set of existing restaurant partners as well as providing support to securing new partners. As a member of the Business Development team, you will work closely with the Executive, Marketing, Product and Operations teams. To thrive in this role, you'll need to love your customers, communicate well, stay organized, and have strong attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to manage 50+ accounts
- Facilitate and drive customer implementations, managing hand-offs between team members and ensuring quality and consistency in customer experience
- Drive platform adoption through communications and training
- Build strong relationships with customer teams to increase product usage, and identify opportunities for additional sales.
- Proactively manage renewals of customer accounts and upsell opportunities.
- Ensure any account issues are resolved quickly, leveraging resources from across the company as needed.
- Advocate for customers, working effectively with engineering and technical services to improve our platform.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Entrepreneurial drive with a track record of initiative, personal responsibility, and ownership to meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals
- Relentless attention to driving a clear, consistent and compelling message in all communications
- High energy, positive attitude and team orientation in all interactions
- Ability to independently drive quantitative analysis, create and deliver convincing arguments (including making technical presentations), and write service proposals and statements of work
- Outstanding communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English required
- BA/BS (S1) or equivalent degree is required
