Porter is seeking a highly motivated individual who has experience in customer service. The Customer Service position plays a critical role in ensuring customers' happiness and satisfaction. To thrive in this role, you'll need to love your customers, communicate well, stay organized, and have strong attention to detail.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help customers with their inquiries via phone call, email, and live chat
  • Work closely with our Operations team, monitoring fleets and deliveries
  • Respond to customers emails within minutes
  • Understand customers' need and help them discover how Porter can meet those needs

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Humble and friendly personality
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Presenting yourself with professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to assist
  • A team player who is willing to learn from others
  • Skilled in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, etc)
  • Able to work overtime or late shifts
  • Customer service experience is preferred
